Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive the order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. To start a return, please send an email to support@materialmailbox.com. Include your order number in your email. We'll get back to you quickly with return instructions. 

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds
Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund amount. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds can take seven or more business days to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you received notification of a refund from us but don't see the refund in your credit card or bank statement, first contact your credit card company or bank as it may take 7 or more business days before your refund is officially posted.
If you don't see the refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@materialmailbox.com.
